Fitness Overload
7:33:00 AM
Fitness has always been every person's enemy. May it be keeping your diet healthy or keeping your body in shape, laziness will always be there for you haha! Trust me, I know, I'm an athlete. I've been keeping myself fit for years now but I'm still having a hard time. It's all about dedication and commitment (parang love). So stop whining about your fats not leaving you!
I decided to post something about fitness because it is a BIG problem today and people are just sitting down stressing themselves out with gadgets(as if naman ako hindi). I have a lot of friends who aren't that fit (sorry guys if you ever read this, pls don't kill me) and I want to help them so badly! So here's Kent's guide to FITNESS. I'll try to make it as simple as possible I promise :)
First and foremost, the 2 kinds of fats:
There are 2 kinds of fat found in your body. The visceral fats and subcutaneous fats. In simple terms, visceral fats are fats around your organs and subcutaneous fats are fats under your skin. Now you're wondering how to remove those icky fats lurking under there (ewww). It's all about food and exercise! Yey so easy! NOPE, IT'S NOT. It takes time and patience to remove them (yes, patience).
Tell me what you eat and I'll tell you what you are. Visceral fats are removed through eating healthy food. Well not "healthy" specifically, healthy for me means avoiding pork, meat, beef and eating chicken, fish, and protein rich food. I know it's hard to avoid lechon, barbeque and liempos but that's the truth. I eat meat but only once in every 6 months or so. They cover your organs with fats and that's just unhealthy and dangerous. So stop eating pigs and start eating right! Instead, take care of them haha! When you've finally maintained your diet, the hard part comes. Removing them might take long but you'll get there someday, and when you do, you'll be proud of yourself (YAY!).
Exercising removes your subcutaneous fats, but with a healthy diet, it can be removed faster and your skin won't appear soggy. Those fats are in between your skin and your muscles. When you exercise, your muscles and your skin creates friction thus melting all your fats away! Crunches aren't enough believe me. You can do 7k crunches but just burn zero point something grams of your fat (like a spoon full of rice, that much) so keep your diet and sweat a lot. Sweating is another way of removing toxins from your body. Maintain this and you might get your body goals sooner than expected (more LaBoracays). Start with curl ups, planks, leg raises, push ups everyday. Give 30 - 45 minutes every morning and every afternoon. Remember to rest and drink tanks (sarcastic) of water and you'll be having lots and lots of LaBoracays!
Google is just a "new tab" away but the information in this blog post are from my mom's knowledge and mine. I SWEAR. Credits to mom hehe.
Goodluck fat burning people!
Here are photos of me giving space for more chocolates earlier today.
